IHAUL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
We also have offer a unique mentorship program is the perfect opportunity for people who are recently licensed but have limited driving experience, and are trying to start their career in the transportation industry.
The program has been designed to provide continuing education and on road training by assigning new applicants with a senior experienced driver.
The program consists of 9 separate modules covering everything from pre/post trips, to Bills of Lading and industry required paperwork.
Upon successful completion of the Mentorship Program, the new candidate will receive their certificate of completion, and will be on the road to their new career.
The program length is dependent on the new candidate’s previous experience, and requires a 2-year commitment to be considered for the program.
Newly licensed drivers who have graduated from an approved driving school can qualify for the Mentorship Program.
